Press Association. Dunedin, June 4. The winter show opened to-day is one of the best ever held. The general entries are larger than hitherto and the dipslay all round is very varied. In factory butter three boxes suitable for export Canterbury Dairy Co., Belfast, was first with 93, South Canterbury, Tiniaru, 93 and sl)4, best two boxes suitable for export Norsewood factory first with 9.2; Pihama, Taranaki, 98?; Thames Valley 89%. In cheese scwt full cream, colored suitable for export Mataura first with 95%, Edendale 97, Waikouaiti 94%; best scwt full cream (white,) Edendale 94, 93, Maataura 92%. Factory made cheese suitable for export, white or coloured —Mataura 94; Edendale 93* Special exhibit, white or coloured — Waikouaiti 95, Edendale 94%. Loaf cheese—Edendale 94, Mataura 93%.
