Press Association - Copyright. London, May 30. Mr Birrell, in tho Commons, admitted that Judgo Ross stated that widespread and audacious conspiracy was rampant in the West of Ireland. Mr Birrell said cattle had been driven off farms in a number of individual oases, but Government had no evidence of widespread conspiracy though ' there was cause for considerable anxiety in certain limited areas. London, May 30. At the opening of King’s County Quarter Sessions, Judge Curran said that although it was. officially reported as a peaceable county it was never in a worse state of disruption than now.
