VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE.
Per Press Association—Copyright, London, May 1. Sir Joseph Ward asked Sir Wilfrid Laurier to join New Zealand and Australia in a fast up-to-date mail service, via Vancouver. Sir Wilfrid Laurier is favourable, but Mr Deakin’s attitude lias not been disclosed.
