The latest development of the Crick-Willis trial is that the Full Court granted an application on behalf of the Crown for a rule nisi calling on Andrew Brown to show cause why he should not bo committed for contempt of Court while serving as a juror at Crick’s trial. Affidavits by fellow-jurymen set out that on the first day of the trial Brown made a statement that no matter what the evidence was he was for acquitting defendants.
