Press Association.—Copyright. Melbourne, February 21. An extraordinary position has arisen in connection with the Licensing Act. Justice Hood, reviewing a case, decided that the hours prescribed under the Act during which tho sale of liquor is prohibited do not include daytime on Sundays.
