Invercargill, n, Details arc to hand of a drowning accident, at Win tea, by which a young man, named Forsyth, was drowned while'bath; ing in the Aparima Elver, in company with another lad. Nfciibtr could swim. Forsyth was using a flax rope to support {ho other, but got cramp. The body was recovered. :
