ARBITRATION COURT.
Press Association. Auckland, January 16. The Labour Department is about to institute proceedings against tramway men over the recent strike. The case will be heard at the approaching sittings of the Arbitration Court. Notice of another action against the Harbour Board in connection with the Calliope Dork accident was served on behalf of Joseph. Heley, labourer, injured in the accident. The sum. claimed is £250 for personal injuries and brings total claims under this head to £3272.
