FEUDING COURT.
At Poilding Court yesterday, before Mr A. D. Thompson,; S.M., a prohibition order for 12 months was granted against William Joseph Lowe, on the application of his wife. Judgment was giycn in the following undefended cases : W. H. Percival v. T. H. Hughes, claim £2 os ; same v. M. Hyland, claim £l4s, costs os ;E. A. Itansom v. J. A. Smith, claim £2 Bs, costs 10s; D. Has well v. A. Wiggins, claim £llls 2d, costs 10s; Domigan & Co. v. H. Walls, claim £1 17s Cd, costs Ms. The following judgment summonses wore dealt with: Domigan & Co. v. F. W. AHerby, claim £5 5s Gd ; Order made for payment forthwith, in default seven days. W. J. Neil r. F. W. Allerby, claim 13 3s Gd ; order made for payment forthwith, in default 14 days. J. A. Butler v. T. C. Halcombe, claim £4 12s 2d; order made for payment forthwith, in default five days. Cyril Johnston v. Alex. McMeekan, claim £ll Os 4d, wages alleged to be due, Plaintiff was in defendant's employ for 22 weeks. lie admitted having received 5s per week, and boots and clothing to the value of £1 16s. His father was supposed to draw the balance of his wages.. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs.
