Per Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, Yesterday. A large building containing the whole camp equipment for the Southern Command was burned at Portsmouth. The damage is estimated at many thousands of pounds. An ordnance store full of shells and a unique museum near the gun wharf were seriously imperilled. The damage in the Portsmouth fire was .£250,000.
