Per Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph. —Copyright Kuw York, Yesterday. Two passenger trains on the Chicago Pacific railway collided near Altavista, in
Texas. Thirty-two persons wore killed and twenty-one injured. The trains catching fire, twenty-nine Mexican labourers were incinerated. The failure of the night operator to transmit orders to the driver of the wost-bound train caused the collision.
