TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL.
APPOINTMENT OF THE STAFF, j MR. W. F. J. MUNRO, M.A., | HEADMASTER. The Pukekohe Technical High School will be opened on Thursday next by the Premier, and «the pupils begin work on February 7th. The recommended appointment of the following teachers for the school has been provisionally approved by the Education Department:—Headmaster, Mr. W. F. J. Munro, M.A., formerly assistant master of King's College, Auckland, and latterly agricultural instructor at Hamilton ; assistants, Mrs. Mabel Rhodes, M.A., and Mr. J. W. Olphert, B.A. Should 100 pupils enrol, it is the intentioin of the Board to recommend the appointment "of a fourth teacher. The following will be pert-time teachers: Mr. F. R. Cailaghan, M.A.i (agricultural science), Mr. S. Youlden (woodwork and drawing), Miss M. P. Harty (domestitc science), Miss M. P. Harty cent (dressmaking).
