MANUREWA TOWN HALL.
QUESTION OF LEASE. Tho question of who should lease the Manurewa Town Hal! and get the revenue was strongly discussed at last night’s Town Board meeting. Mr. King said the position was that anyone wanting to hire the hall for an evening had to first arrange with the School Committee to whom the hall had been leased. One party who had inquired with the idea of using the hall had met with a certain amount, of friction and would not do so again. Some considerable discussion took place, and it was finally resolved to continue the arrangement with the School Committee until the new school was completed, probably about April. This means that the School Committee will still he entitled to any revenue made by letting the hall for evening use. I
