The last three days of Chautauqua hold n variety of cntertif'.hment that will appeal to all. To-day j.s " Joy Day : ' at the big tent. The Overseas Orchestra will give a variety of music, fun and entertainment. Wednesday, Ruby Paye Ferguson will interpret the English comedy, "'Oreon Stockings" in the afternoon, taking the part of all the separate characters. At night a varied programme will be pfiven by Miss Ferguson. Capton Upton, the lecturer for Wednesday, 'is recognised as one of the best authorities on child recreation. He will l give a chut for everybody in the I afternoon and at night will present [ a lecture, '"The Four Square Builder." The evening lecture is a heart to heart talk, dealing' with the fundamentals underlying social r'.l'e and relations. The last day of Chautauqua, Thursday, brings a return of t'enwiek Newel I and his assisting artitsts. Owing to numerous requests for the company the. council secured ■.'. return engagement. The lecturer lor tjuit day is Captain Muir Alien, from Seoland. Captain Allen is most familiar with the life and works of Kobori, Bums, and gives a delightful illu. Lrat'jcl lecture on the subject.
