januaky amr, 1921. The Onewhero Athletic air mini .sports meeting will be held ii Mr. J. Cathcart's paddock, Onewhoro, on Saturday, 29th January J921. An attractive programme hat been arranged, the principal event being the Onewhero cup oi' KB, run ever a distance of 220 yards. The minor events include a half-mile handicap of YA 10s; high jump, £2; 440 I yards handicap, £4; returned soldiers' race, 120 yards, K2 .10,-:.; 120 yards hurdles, E2 lUs. J There are a large number of horse events including an open hunters' competition of i'A 10s; added to which I is a 10-guinea silver cup; high jump jo;' K2; rescue, cigar and umi brella, thread-needle races, stockmen's competition, and a host of cthelii' horse events to occupy the attention il" horsemen.
