PUKEKOHE V. PONSONBY

The following will represent the Pukekohe juniors in their match against Ponsonby thirds at Eden Park, Auckland, on Saturday, September 18, as a curtain-raiser to the Auckland v. Bay of Plenty representative match;— Fullback, C. Nicholson; threequarters, W. Crum, R. J. Tonkin, Jas. Adams; five-eighths, Jack Adams, H. Leightonj halfback) J. Blake; rover, H. Bilkey; forwards, R. Perkins, H. Fulton, B. Hart, W. Short, H. Jones, G. Lucas, W. Stewart. Reserves: Forwards, S. Cronin, A. Middlemiss; backs, L. Hart, he team will travel by the 7.20 a.m. train. Any of the above unable to play is requested to notify the secretary, Mr. F. Hewitt, at once.

The football team which will play Ponsonby on September 18 is requested to assemble at the Domain to-morrow for practice.

Owing to the Papakurn team cancelling its visit at the last moment, the football match to hive been played with the Pukekohe third grade boys at the Domain to-morrow will not take place. The local boys will hold a practice match at 2.30 p.m.
