Melville Crispe. ;ml Walter Plcydell having eomj menced business under the style of ! "The Waiuku Land Agency.'' Mr. j Crispe is well-known to readers of I the "Times," which he represented | lor some years. He is also well i known to the fanners of the district as shares canvasser for various farmI ers' concerns. Mr. Pleydell is also a lamiliar figure, having been in business at Patumahoe for sixteen years. Both men bear a good reputation for honest, straightforward dealing, and will, no doubt, he entrusted with a goodly share of the land and com- j mission agency business in the dis- j trict. Particulars of Pukekohe and I other properties in this firm's hands , are announced in a standing ndver-1 tisement space commencing in thisj issue of the "Times."
