Ratepayers' Approval Details of the Voting The returns of the poll of ratepayers in the Manukau County held last Saturday on the council's proposals to raise venous reading loan«, were completed on Wednesday. The raising of four loans aggrega ting £44,000, was at issue, and in each esse the proposal was earned. The £tfO,ooo Mangere reading proposal, as already announced, was carried by 1537 to 104.
