PAPATOETOE

As the initial launching of the Red Cross campaign in Papatoetoe a dance arranged bv the Tennis Club was held in the Town Hall last Wednesday evening and was a great success Excellent music was provided by Hawthorn's orchestra. Events arranged for next week are a euchre party and dance to take place in the Town Hall next Tuesday night and a Red Cross Tea on Thursday afternoon. Residents are urged to respond to the occasion so Papatoetoe will not be found wanting in contributing its share to a deserving cause
