On every side among the large attendance at Mr C. W. Gifford's clearing sale last Tuesday discussions were heard re dried milk and the subject will receive keen attention at the annual meeting of sup pliers to take place to-night (Friday). A petition is already in circulation for a dried milk factory to be established at Waiau Pa to serve suppliers from the immediate locality and also ' for portions of Patumahoe and Karaka, and it is anticipated that the minimum num ber of cows (3000) required for the purpose will be easily secured.
