PAPAKURA.
A meeting of the newly-formed Papakura Tennis Club was held in the Town Boaid'a offico on Thursday last, when Mr it. M. Gillespie presided over an attendanee of about 20 members, Mr Harold Wilson acting as secretary. After some discussion it was decided to confirm the resolution passed at a previous meeting asking the Domain Board to make arrangements for a tennis court to be prepared for tho Club's use on the Village Green site A provisional Committee was then formed to make the necessary arrangements with the Board. The committee counted of Mesdarims Wuodboiise ami Gillespie, Miss Johnson, and Messrs Bennett, Elliot and 1). and H. Wilson.
