BOMBAY.

Tho Methodist Sunday School Anniversary Services were held on Sunday, January 28th, when special hymns were sung. Tho Rev. J. B. Suckling preached an appropriate sermon in the morning and Mr J. Shaw took tho evening service. On the following day tho i-chool picnic was hold iu Mr French's paddock, whon various games and sports were indulged in. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and tho weather was fine throughout. The Presbyterians held their Sunday school picnic at Young's beach, Papakura, ou Saturday last, when a largo number of children and parents spent an enjoyable day,
