PUKEKOHE MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
Thursday, October t9th. [Before Mr F. V. Frazer, S.M.] Judgment by default was given for plaintiffs in the following civil actions, viz. '—lngram and Maitland, butchers, of Bombay, (Mr W. P. Hopkins) v. H. Flewellyn, farmer, of Whananaki, for £3 3s 4d and costs £1 7s, and J. B. Elliott, farmer, Pukekohe (Mr Hopkins) v. Ernest Tilly, life insurance agent, of Auckland, for £ll 9s lOd and costs £1 10s Gd. On the application of Mr H G. E Mason, for defendant in a civil action, Albert J. Coleman, labourer, of Waiau Pa, v. F. Adolph, of Union Road, Pukekohe, plaintiff, who did not appear, was non-suited and ordered to pay the amount claimed (£5 Is 3d) and costs £8 0s Bd.
