WAERENGA.
Owing to the lack of a quorum, Messrs J. A. Sampson, D. Shanks and H. Hall being the only members to put in an appearance, the monthly meeting of the WhangauiaHno .Road Board did not eventuate; last Saturday and was postponed for a fortnight. A brighter financial position than previously was disclosed by the Clerk, who reported that there was an available balance of £2oo as against £IOO the amount of current liabilities.
