PATUMAHOE
A meeting, convened by the Mauku branch of the Farmers' Utiion, is to be held in tho Patumohe Hall on Wednesday evening next for the purpose of making compulsory arrangement towards rabbit extermination.
Mr T. H. Hearne announces in an advt elsewhere ia this issue that he bos taken over tho Patumahoe Billiard Saloon and Fruit shop. He will not only cater for clients for the popular pastime of billiards but he asks for a fair share of public support towards his sales of fruit, lollies, tobacco etc.
