Seventen competitors took part on Saturday last en the Fukekohe range in the 21 bird contest for the trophies presented by the Colonial Ammunition Company, viz., first prize Barometer, and second prize E.P. Silver Cake Dish. The leading scores were *s follows:—J. Fausett, lb'yds handicap, 20 kills (winner); C. McC rmick, 10yds, A. vujucich 12yds, A. F. Dajsh 12yds, 19 each; W. Wilson 17dys, J. Wright, 16yds. W. McNally 14yd?, 18 each; j. Reynolds, 15yds, L. Roose 14yds, 17 each; and S. Fitness 16ydp, 16. On the shooting-off for second prize McCormick b2at Vujucich and Daysh.
