TUAKAU.
Mr Cbas. Reall, stationmaster at Waimarino, had been appointed to the position of stationmaster at Tuakau, vacated by Mr Sentch, and will take up his duties in the course of a few days. At present he is spending his annual leave in Auckland.
Mr Jas. Henderson's property in the township is to be sub-divided for building sections.
The parishioners of the Anglican Church, Tuakau, are endeavouring to establish a circuit, distinct from any of the other circuits in the surrounding districts, with the Kev. Foulkes, of Pokeno, in chaw. Arrangements for another farewell to Mr Sentch, who was ;e----cently transferred to Newmarket station, are well in hand, and it is understood that Mr Sentch is to be invited to attend a social and dance to be given in his honour.
