THE BOROUGH ELECTIONS
Mayor and Councillors Next Wednesday's Contest Not so much interest has been provoked over the forthcoming municipal contest as appeared to be likely a couple of weeks ago. There are only two candidates for the Mayoralty and a keen contest is not generally expected. For the two seats ou the Council there are three candidates. THE MAYORALTY. The candidates, with their nominators are C. K. LAWRIf 1 , nominated by D R. Hamilton, Ivan A. Motion, E. G. Phillipps, J. 11. Keith, J. A. Coame, F. E. Simpson. J. PATTERSON, nominated by R. F. Webster and J. Beatty. FOR THE COUNCIL. HUBBARD, F., nominated by E. G. Phillipps, F.Perkins, H. Bockett, J. A. Corarie, C. H. Wake, A. B Barter, C. K. Lawrie, R. F. Wilkinson, W. Goldsworthy, W. A. Willis, C. iCooper. MASON, H. G. R., nominated by R. F. Webster and P. Boyd. McGOUGH, Robert H., nominated by I). R. Hamilton, Ivan A. Motion and C. K. Lawiie.
