That Football Complaint.
| TO THE EDITOE.] Sir,--I note with pleasure the very nice letter written by "Ajax" on behalf of the United Football club, and take it to rman that the writer is prepared to make a dttirite statement provided "Fait Fighter" will reply and sign hi* nam. 1 . So as to get down to facts without further waste of time I shall make a better offer than that. If "Ajax" will state his grievances in a letter t) the "limes," enclosing at the same time a copy f<jr me, and requesting the Editor r.ot to publish until my reply has been received, I unrfertnke to forwhrd a signed reply. Then both letters tan appear together and the public can decide; but until there is a definite statement to answer,—l am, etc., "FAIR FIGHTER."
