SUNDAY TRAINS.
The Pukekohe Service Mr B. H. Andrew, Secretary of the Pukekolie Chamber of Commerce, wired to the Prime Minister as follows Wellington express now advertised to stop here Sundays but passengers are barred from travelling between Pukekohe and Auckland. Will you arrange to have this remedied promptly ?" To which Mr Massey replied "I note position and am taking steps at once to make further representations to the Railway in regard to this matter."
