In this issue we are able to publish the promised article. One purpose that Mr Bilkoy had in view was to study Knglisli methods, with a view to improving his own. In this <|Uest he seems to have been sadly disappointed. Rural Kngluud {or those parts of it that Mr Bilkoy visited) has apparently iiiovikl but very slowly iu the way of farm cultivation with u viow to tin; highest possible production. Mr Bilkoy decided not to stay in Kuglniiil as long as originally intended and purposed leaving the Old Country on August 2nd.
