During the post month quite a number of properties in this locality have changed hands. Mr H. AJndorwood has sold bis 53 acre farnyto Mr Ducking, the price being "Z720. Mr J. Arnold baa purchased^Mr R. Donovan's property, paying £350 for the 54 acres. Mrs Manmbg has disposed of hor property at/Paparata to Mr Wolfenilon, tho priAffor the 265 acres being £1 per acre/./ Mr Lowry sold his 100 acres to Mr Fraser at £6 per acre. Mr J.
