Educational motion pictures made ,bv the United States Department of Agriculture travelled fnr in the latter half of 1928:—they practically circled the world! Of the 133 films rold during this six month period, forty-seven wore for foreign use and were shipped to Mexico. Australia. Japan. India. Turkov. New South Wales, Russia, S°uth Africa and elsewhere abroad. The strongest foreign demand was for roadbuilding pictures, but other papular subjects were forestry, live stock, cooperative marketing, poultry, dairving and fruits. Among the cjomfc.stic buyers. colleges of agriculture and other institutions of higher !?"rn*r.~ fi”st; and graded schools also rank high. Other recent purchasers include State boards of* agriculture, State boards of education, national associations of various kinds, chambers of turtles will be featured in the revue.
