ANGLIAN CHURCH.

Mr. Wareing went on to refer to the fact that he was trying to arrange for the majority of services in the parish to be taken by himself. He would miss the Rev. Wilkinson, who was leaving to take up duties elsewhere. Finances.

The financial statements were then submitted by the secretary, Mr. S. J. Parker, and they disclosed an exceedingly healthy state of affairs.

When the motion for the adoption of frhe balance-sheet was before the meeting, the vicar paid a tribute to the secretary, Mr. Parker, statingthat the parish owed a deep debt of gratitude to Mr. Parker. There being only two nominations, Messrs. J. R. O. Lochhead (Putaruru) and Seton (Tirau), these-gentlemen were declared elected. Appreciation.
