Three men who recently inquired as to the manner of settling in New Zealand to, take up bee farming, possessed £20,000 between them, according to p statement made by Government officials in Wellington. One pr» WPS an Australian, one was in California, the third was in the Straits Settlements. This was regarded as evidence that the reputation of New Zealand products was spreading, and that the poliev of maintaining a high export level, with its re- , snl+ant higher prices, was beginning to have an effect.
