OBITUARY.
MRS. A. KELLS. The death on Saturday last of Mrs. A- Kells, of Putaruru, aged 59 years, removed an old and respected resident of the district. Mrs. Kells had not been in good health for some time and her condition had been the cause of much anxiety.
The funeral took place at te Putaturu cemetery on Monday in the presence of a very large number of relatives and friends. The service at the graveside was conducted by Messrs. Percival Hartland and David T. Dawson. The deceased was a member of the Coney-ites, which religion requires no mourning. Mrs. Kells is survived by her husband, Mr. H. Kells, and four daughters.
