Croquet.
OFFICIAL OPENINGS. Hinuera and Te Poi. Following the opening of the tennis season at Hinuera and the bowling at Te Poi by Mr. F. F. Hockly, M.P., the croquet greens in each centre were declared open by Mrs. Hockly, who congratulated the respective clubs on the state of the lawns and drove the first balls through the hoops.
