Nothing succeeds like success, and, despite the many difficulties which Messrs. Randell and Company are up against in maintaining attractive programmes in wayback centres, their reputation alone ensures good houses. No effort is spared by the management in maintaining supplies and their endeavours to secure the best offering have brought their own reward. ARAPUNI PALACE. High-class comedy is the keynote of Saturday’s programme, the leading film of which is “ Baby Mine,” an uproarious story in which Karl Dane and George K. Arthur take the leading parts. Lupino Lane also has a great reputation and plays the leading role in “ Monty of the Mounted.” On Tuesday the beautiful Pola Negri takes the star part in “ The Secret Hour.”
