FROZEN MEAT EXPORTS.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPMENTS. The New Zealand Meat Producers I Board- advises that the following shipments of frozen meat have been exported from New Zealand from November 1 to April 30:—To London : 86,682 quarters of beef, 1,030,682 carcases of mutton, 2,331,401 carcases of lamb. To West Coast of United Kingdom : 66,974 quarters of beef, 70,390 carcases of mutton, 310,652 carcases of lamb. To Havre : 16,651 quarters of beef. To Antwerp : 19,572 quarters of beef. To Genoa : 23,463 quarters of beef. Tire killings at all works during the November-April period are as follow, the figures being for North Island, South Island and total in that order: —Beef (quarters) : 140,589 ; 2076 ; 142,665. Wether mutton (carcases) : 1,008,188 ; 92,381 ; 1,100,569. ■ Ewe mutton (carcases) : 485,415 ; 180,785 ; 666,200. Lamb (carcases) : | 2,235,139 ; 2,009,553 ; 4,244,692. Porli (carcases) : 37,351 ; 292 ; 37,643. Boneless beef (freight carcases) : 114,683 ; 19,593 ; 134,276. Sundries (freight carcases) : 66,497 ; 9731 ; 76,228. The stocks on hand at April 30 totalled : Beef (quarters), 100,899 ; wether mutton (carcases), 546,590 ; ewe mutton (carcases), 489,372 ; lamb (carcases), 1,479,909 ; pork (carcases), 12,629 ; boneless beef (freight carcases), 87,151 ; sundries (freight carcases), 61,794.
