TRUCKS FOR THE WORK.
FIRST CONSIGNMENT ARRIVES. On Friday a consignment of three motor trucks, medium weight, arrived for the Arapuni contractors (Sir W. G. Armstrong, Whitworth and Company), and these are now to be seen on the road. In addition the contractors are still availing themselves of local sub-contractors’ transport plants.
