SEVERE STRUGGLE PREDICTED. London, March 26, Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman, Prime Minister, in a letter, said the Government would do their utmost to press forward legislation dealing with small holdings and rural housing—two indispensable reforms. Moreover, there were indications that a severe struggle would take place in both Houses on these questions.
