The New Zealand Shipping Comyany’s steamer Duke of Buckingham has arrived all well, and her frozen meat is in good condition. Another meeting of creditors in the estate of Viscount Deerhurst was held to-day, when the bankrupt’s proposal to pay 16s in the pound down, and the balance when he succeeded to the title, was refused, as a sufficient majority of creditors did not approve of it. It is considered certain that the Western Australian Constitution Bill will pass in the shape recommended; but it will be a fortnight before it is finally settled. June 80. Glenn, the Secretary of the Belfast Union Building Society, has embezzled £85,000 of the Society’s funds. The match Australians v. Derbyshire, has been postponed on account of the rain. OTTAWA. The revenue for the year ended 80th June was £8,511,104, a decrease of £104,856 over the previous year, ADELAIDE, July 1. The revenue for the year ended June 80th was £2,467,662, which is an increase of £165,000 over last year.
