Alarming Spread of SmallPox.
.[REUTER’S telegrams.] Sydney, November 29. Several fresh cases of small-pox have occurred in various localities in the city, notwithstanding every precaution has been taken to prevent the spread of the disease. December 1. Within the last forty-eight hours eleven fresh cases of small-pox have been reported, and in connection therewith fifty-seven persons have been quarantined.
