The Congo Conference.
(Reuter’s Telegrams.) Berlin, November 29. The conference on the Congo questions is still holding sittings here. The proceeding have been harmonious throughout, and it is expected that a settlement of the question will shortly be arrived at to the satisfaction of all the powers concerned. November 30. At the sitting of the International Conference yesterday a resolution in favor of free trade on the Congo river and in the neighboring country was adopted.
