Bryce Burnt in Effigy.

[Own Correspondent.] Wanganui, September 29.

Mr. Bryce was burned in effigy on Saturday night, on account of his opposition to the Harbor Rating Bill. The affair was a miserable farce, which only emanated from a few persons, hut an immense crowd witnessed the ceremony.
