[Reuter’s Telegrams.] London, September 27. Rumors have reached Scotland Yard leading to the belief that the Irish dynamite party have formed further plots for the destruction of public buildings in England, and that emissaries, who are now on the Continent, will cross the channel in order to carry out the conspiracy. Increased precautions have been taken at Dover, and great vigilence will be exercised both by the Customs officers and the police to prevent the importation of dangerous explosives.
