The body of a man was found on the beach near the Bluff on Saturday afternoon, and was identified as that of Edwin Perry, who disappeared from the Spit on the 12 th in st., and was supposed to have fallen off the breastwork into the harbor. He had no relathes in the colony. Christchurch, September 29.
A young man named Robert Farquhar, while working in the bush at Little River on Thursday, got jammed between two logs and was so severely injured that he died on Friday night,
