The Royal Meeting.
[reuter’h telegbamh.) St, Peterhbubg, September IG. The German, Austrian, and Russian Imperial Chancellors had a lengthy conference to-day, but the nature of the proceedings which took place at the interview has not transpired. In it s issue to-day the Journal de St. Petersburgh publishes articles on the meeting of the Emperors at AVarwaw, in the course of which it states that while a re-union of their Majesties will have the effect of strengthing the entente cordial already existing between the German, Austrian, and Russian nations, there is no intention of entering into closer diplomatic relations, or of contracting any fresh triparate alliance. One of the principal questions which will be brought up for consideration, the journal adds will be the spread of Anarchy in Europe, and the necessity for concerting measures for the defence of law and order. September 17. The meeting between the Emperors at Skierniwertz is concluded, and their Majesties have separated. The Emperors William and Francis Joseph have started for Berlin and Vienna respectively.
