THE FALL OF BERBER. MASSACRE OF EUROPEANS. [Reuter’s Telegrams.] Cairo, June 11. Latest reports confirm the announcement of the fall of Berber, and state that the Egyptian Governor, and his garrison, and all the Europeans in the town were massacred by the rebels.
