Mb Weaver reports that he has been unable to get the third bore down, the pipe persistantly tending up hill, he has drawn the pipes and the whole rig is being removed about 500 yards away, and about 200 feet lower level, at a spot where he has discovered what appears to be solid formation, and where oil is showing in several places. The Chairman of the Board of Advice has concurred in this step.
