This Day. [Before M. Price, Esq., R.MJ Thebe were no criminal cases for hearing to-day. a. tv. croft v. n. F. m’kay. Mr Ward for plaintiff | Mr Finn for defendant Mr Ward applied for a» adjournment, which was objected to by Mr Finn. The case was adjourned, and the costs were ordered to abide the result of the ease. SUTHERLAND V. O. F. M'HAT. Adjourned by consent to 13th March next. Mr Nolan for plaintiff) Mr Finn for defendant. kUATAFU Y. KVBBLE. Claim £2 16s, for less of time waiting for a buggy. Mr Rees appeared for the plaintiff, Judgment for 10* with £1 16s paid Into Court, together . with costs of Court, £2 6*. SUTHERLAND V- FINN. Claim, £39 2s, for eommissipu and grazing. Mr Rees appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Finn appeared on his own behalf.
